Meet our CEO - Steve Evans

Steve has been the leader and visionary of Open Hands Deaf Services since its inception. He believes that everyone needs Christ, including the Deaf and their families. Steve has been working with the Deaf and their families since 2007. Open Hands is a mechanism to serve the Deaf in as many ways as possible by helping with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
